Reverend Jonathan and Anita Clausing serve the Lord as missionaries through The Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod (LCMS) in Eastern Africa, based in Kenya. As a theological educator, Jonathan has served at both St. Peter Theological Seminary in Himo, Tanzania, and in the theology department of Neema Lutheran College in Matongo, Kenya, teaching a variety of courses on the New Testament, the Lutheran Confessions, and church history.
Jonathan and Anita have nine children--Emil, Ellie, Ernie, Eunice, Ethan, Eric, Eileen, Elijah, and Emmanuel--who join them on the mission field.
